Deborah Beachner, 100% owner of RFB Construction, is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in a high-paced industry. As President of RFB Construction, she provides quality communication, superior interpersonal skills, is capable of resolving multiple complex issues to motivate staff to peak performance and success.
Deborah has served, more than once, as Landscape Chair for KS Contractors Association (KCA). She is also the president of the SEK Chapter of National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and speaks frequently across the Midwest Region to eradicate and fears women might have entering into the vast career opportunities in the Construction Industry
