construction, we’re deeply committed to giving back, actively participating in humanitarian projects through both our construction skills and dedicated community service.
At our core, we’re a company that values making a positive impact, both on the landscape and within the lives of the people we serve.
Our Story

Meet Our President, Deborah Beachner
Growing up in the heart of rural Kansas, in the tiny town of St. Paul (population 600!), Deborah learned the value of hard work early on, a lesson shaped by both her parents, Marlene and Richard Clark. Her father, Richard, a lifelong construction worker, was her first and most influential teacher. “I spent countless hours watching him operate heavy equipment, absorbing his expertise and the sheer dedication it took to build something from the ground up,” Deborah recalls.
But it wasn’t just Richard’s hands-on expertise that molded her. Her mother, Marlene, equally influential, instilled within her the importance of organization, devotion, and taking pride in everything you do by doing it right. Marlene taught her that a promise is a commitment, and following through is non-negotiable. Her meticulous approach to life demonstrated that attention to detail and a commitment to excellence were essential for success.
Furthermore, Marlene Clark possessed strong communication and networking skills, qualities that proved invaluable. She understood the power of connection and the importance of building genuine relationships. This ability to connect with people, combined with her unwavering dedication, taught Deborah that success isn’t solely about individual effort, but also about collaboration and fostering strong community ties.
Richard and Marlene Clark instilled in Deborah a powerful work ethic and, most importantly, the unwavering belief that gender should never be a barrier to achieving your goals. Richard, in particular, showed her that she could do anything she set her mind to, while Marlene provided the framework for executing those goals with precision and grace. That foundation, coupled with her love for the tangible results of construction, drove her to pursue a career in this field.
As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry, especially in a rural area where women in construction are few and far between, Deborah understands the importance of paving the way for others. She is passionate about evangelizing for the trades, encouraging young women to explore the incredible opportunities available in construction, using both Richard’s example of physical ability and Marlene’s example of organizational and communicational skill.
Beyond building roads and infrastructure, Deborah is deeply committed to humanitarian work and giving back to the community. She believes that our success should be measured not only by the projects we complete, but also by the positive impact we have on the lives of those around us. Her goal is to lead a company that not only builds strong structures, but also builds stronger communities, reflecting the values of both her parents: the strength of Richard Clark’s hands and the unwavering dedication and connection of Marlene Clark’s heart
