Diesel Mechanic
Job Duties/ Requirements
-Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles.
-Performs and repairs diesel trucks, trailers, miscellaneous diesel equipment, gas engines and more.
-Keep accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, parts used, and work performed for each service.
– Maintains a clean, organized workspace compliant with safety standards
-Reports to supervisor regarding equipment status, repairs, and recommendations for future maintenance.
-Follow any safety protocols and industry regulations when working with heavy-duty machinery, tools, and hazardous materials.

Operator
Job Duties/ Responsibilities
-Safely and efficiently operate equipment such as skid-loaders, track hoes, farm tractors, backhoes, and loaders in a fast-paced environment.
-Conduct thorough daily inspections, perform routine maintenance, and ensure equipment is in top working order.
-Adhere to all safety protocols, including MSHA guidelines, and maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
-Communicate effectively with production teams, supervisors, and co-workers to ensure project success.
– Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities
–Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
–Interpret project plans and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation.
–Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues, maintaining efficient workflow.
-Maintain accurate and detailed project records, including daily logs, time sheets, and material usage reports including utilizing software programs to record relevant information.
–Safely and efficiently operate a variety of construction equipment, including skid-loaders, track hoes, farm tractors, backhoes, loaders, and other relevant machinery.
–Transport diverse construction materials such as, erosion control, seeding materials, and heavy equipment to and from job sites.

Class B CDL with Air Brakes
Job Duties/ Responsibilities
-Operate Class B CDL vehicles with air brakes, dump trucks, water trucks, and hydro seeder truck on public highways and construction job sites.
-Haul diverse construction materials such as aggregates, sand, concrete, and hot-mix asphalt to active work zones, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
-Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and reporting any maintenance needs.
-Responsible for fluid checks, basic maintenance, and cleaning of vehicles to maintain optimal performance.
-Properly secure loads to prevent shifting or accidents during transport, adhering to all DOT regulations.
-Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and other relevant information.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities
-Operate Class A CDL vehicles, including end dumps, dump trucks, water trucks, and lowboy trailers, on public highways and construction job sites.
-Haul diverse construction materials such as aggregates, sand, concrete, and hot-mix asphalt to active work zones, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
-Safely transport heavy construction equipment to and from job sites using lowboy and goose neck trailers.
-Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and reporting any maintenance needs.
-Responsible for fluid checks, basic maintenance, and cleaning of vehicles to maintain optimal performance.
-Properly secure loads to prevent shifting or accidents during transport, adhering to all DOT regulations.
-Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe work environment.
